Product Description
Shimano B05S RX Resin Disc Brake Pads are genuine Shimano replacement pads designed for a wide range of compatible Shimano two piston disc brake calipers. They are a practical choice for riders looking for predictable braking performance, controlled modulation and low braking noise for mountain bikes, trekking bikes and everyday cycling.
Shimano rates the B05S RX as a resin pad with above average stopping power and improved wear resistance compared with the previous B03S compound. The resin friction material is designed to provide smooth braking control while keeping operating noise low.
The B05S RX uses Shimano's wide pad shape and a steel backing plate without a cooling fin. It replaces the earlier B01S, B03S and B05S resin pad generations where the B05S RX is specified as compatible.
